These Terms govern your use of the CatchUp website (catchup-group.com), the CatchUp community waitlist, the CatchUp iOS beta distributed through Apple TestFlight, and related services. By using any of them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use CatchUp.
01 / Who we are
CatchUp is a hospitality discovery platform founded in Zagreb, Croatia, by Armin Smajic. It helps people discover bars, cafés, deals and events, and helps venues reach new guests. Contact: comeandcatchup@gmail.com.
02 / Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use CatchUp. Content relating to alcohol is intended only for people of legal drinking age in Croatia (18+). You are responsible for drinking responsibly and complying with local laws.
03 / Community waitlist
Joining the community registers your interest in CatchUp. It does not create an app account or guarantee access, availability, features or launch dates. You can ask to be removed at any time.
04 / iOS beta (TestFlight)
The beta app is pre-release software provided "as is". It may contain bugs, change without notice, lose data or be discontinued. Feedback you send may be used to improve CatchUp without obligation to you. Use of TestFlight is also subject to Apple’s terms.
05 / Venue information, deals and events
Venue details, menus, prices, opening hours, deals and events are provided by venues or compiled editorially and may change. We try to keep them accurate but do not guarantee them. Offers are provided by the venues, which are solely responsible for honouring them and for the products and services they sell.
Tickets or purchases made with third parties are subject to those parties’ own terms.
06 / Venue partners
Bars and cafés that subscribe to CatchUp do so under a separate written partner agreement, which sets out pricing, contract length and obligations. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the partner agreement prevails.
07 / Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse CatchUp, including submitting false information, impersonating others, scraping or copying content at scale, attempting to break security, or using the service for unlawful purposes.
08 / Intellectual property
The CatchUp name, logo, design, text and app are owned by CatchUp or its licensors. You may not use them without written permission. Venue names and logos belong to their respective owners.
09 / Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CatchUp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for the conduct of venues or other users, or for interruptions of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Croatian or EU law, including your rights as a consumer.
10 / Changes and termination
We may update these Terms as CatchUp grows. The date at the top shows the latest version. We may suspend access for anyone who breaches these Terms.
11 / Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes fall under the competent courts in Zagreb, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
